This solution Plans and schedules the Production and manages the identification of materials and the trace through the manufacturing process.
It contains an easy to use and understand finite capacity advanced planner that, processes an optimization and sorting criteria to schedule the manufacturing orders (running a multicriteria mathematical algorithm). It is perfectly suited in discrete or repetitive industries and it enables planning different plants or factories, divisions or business units.
The output of this process is an optimized production proposal, represented by a Resources Gantt Chart, a Resources Load Chart and a Production Orders Gantt Chart. This proposal can be adjusted by drag&drop movements over it.
Manufacturing control can be handled by Shop Floor Data Collection Terminals, using terminals that can be read manually or through machines.
It captures manufacturing, quality and traceability records and allows monitoring the Plant.
